This is an interesting one, the helmet is a U.K. manufactured Mk.II. The shell was produced by HBH or Harrison Bros & Howson Ltd -- Sheffield,England - 1938 – 1940. The liner was produced by Charles Collett Ltd or CCL in 1945, and at some point in time made it's way to Denmark. I've on occasion seen these blue painted MkII's for sale in Denmark, this example was recently acquired from Denmark directly.
From what I've gathered (mostly from Danish collectors) It's an BEDRIFTSVÆRN helmet (Company Defence/Industrial Civil Defence) Super neat, rare & interesting piece from Denmark.
