Returns

We only offer returns if the item was misrepresented upon arrival. If that is the case, we have a 14-day return policy. Once 14 days have passed, a return is not available. 
Examples of misrepresented items include:
You received a different item than the one you purchased.
The item arrived damaged.
The item was a different color than purchased.
The item was lost in the mail.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, including meeting the previous examples. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages during shipment
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrived damaged, We will refund or replace the item once we send a claim on your behalf, and reimburse you the refund for the item once approved & closed by the carrier. Items will be required to be returned unless otherwise unsalvagable. include photos of the box & item and send to jacksmilitariastore@gmail.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as random grab bag items. When there is a mix, or the item you purchased. Is picked at random, then there is no refund policy available. These items will be labeled clearly so that you know the item will be picked at random when you are purchasing.


Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges, we do offer returns if the item was misrepresented. Please review the first column for more information regarding returns. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved within 7 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
