Shipping policy

We strive to have orders out as soon as possible. We aim to have all purchases out within 3 business days of purchase. Our main shipping provider is USPS, but UPS & FedEx may also be used. Fulfillment times may vary due to shortages or holidays. The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and size of the cart. We aim to have set pricing, but there may be increases if it is a larger-than-normal item. Suppose there is a problem with your item, such as being lost in the mail or arriving damaged. If the location chosen is not available for the location chosen or the rate of the shipping carrier selected exceeds the cost by 20% we will choose an alternative shipping service with the original cost paid by the customer. 

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, we deem this to be the shipping carrier's responsibility. As mentioned in our return policy page, we will replace or refund your item once the shipping carrier has approved and closed the claim.
International
JacksMilitaria does not always ship internationally, and only with select countries, you may be liable for imports and duties tax depending on your region and country. Contact us if your country is not listed and you are interested in making a purchase.
