Turkish "Aegean spot" Camo Pattern

Turkish "Aegean spot" Camo Pattern

Turkish commando

This Turkish camouflage pattern was in service from the 1970s mainly on shelter half, many of them recycled as helmet covers afterward until the 1980 & possibly later.
Seen here is a variant, nicknamed "Aegean spot". It was issued only to Commandos, Paratroopers & Special forces & used until the early 1990s.

The printing is oftentimes crude.

For economic reason the pockets & sleeves don't have buttons.

The wings are the riggers model, UZMAN (Parachute Fast Folding - Hizli Paraşüt Katlama Brövesi).

Airborne (HAVA INDIRME) insignia.

Turkish Para Commando sleeve insignia.
