Book of the Month: May 2025 The History of The Russian Steel Helmet

This is an incredible book, that has one sole focus. And that's to cover Russian helmets from the first to second World War. It's incredibly in depth, and covers just about everything you can think of related to a helmet. It goes over production numbers, factories, paint & experimental models, you name it!

Unfortunately, these books do seldomly appear, at least in North America. And especially since the Ukraine War has kicked off it may be awhile until more of these books can be delivered overseas from Russia. 

If you get a chance to pick one up, I highly recommend it! Very, very few books are as in depth as this one, Ivan Karabanov didn't spare any details or cut any corners while writing.
